A close-up before photo of a cloak I was commissioned to add a lining to. The stitching is messy, the clasp is broken, and the cloak was made from a single sheet of flannelette. A full view of the cloak before being worked on. The galactic constellation pattern on the outside of the cloak is visible from the inside, and the cloak sits crooked around the shoulders. An after photo of the dark blue, silk lining inside the hood. An after photo of the full cloak from the front. The cloak now sits properly around the shoulders and the heavy, plastic clasp was replaced with a more sturdy, lightweight hook and loop closure. The cloak is no longer see-through and the dark fabric compliments the vivid galactic pattern nicely.
