Okay I think I have enough anecdotal information to confirm that the warehouses did stop for some time based on data from people working near or at warehouses. Others have confirmed no 'prime' shipping.

It appears Amazon Logistics (their internal shipping company) was affected. If you go look at the same items you ordered they probably show fri/sat earliest delivery.

I suspect it's related to utilization, your credit utilization ratio is about 30% of your FICO score, generally, keeping it below 10% increases your score, over 50% drops it.
