Absolutely right. I came to the same conclusion myself just last night.
We are living in a scary time and I truly think the most revolutionary and bold thing we can do is make art using our own brains and our own ideas. Take pictures. Make a drawing. Write a letter. Sing a song. Don't apologize for it and don't let anyone tell you you're no good at it.

I've been in a mood these last few weeks. Felt buffeted by the winds of life. Stuck in a timeless tempest. Like this lighthouse that I shot back in 2005 during wild weather in my hometown of Newcastle, Australia. I'm reminded though, this too shall pass.
