Climate change starts hitting harder. Our new study - by/with wonderful first author Marlis Wullenkord - suggests that trait mindfulness helps to stay grounded and capable of acting in face of strong emotions instead of giving into despair. #emotionregulation #climatecrisis

Wow, pretty stoked to see our paper with my friend and colleague Prof. Daniel Fischer cited as 7th most influential in the whole field. Sometimes we do not foresee where things are leading to in the long run.
