I appreciate that. I'm at a place to see it as a gift now, but that wasn't always the case. And there will be plenty of others who aren't there yet and might never be. I want to not forget them, and respect what they're going through without making them feel like "oh, now I have to be great too?"

Indonesian beans supposedly have a "smoky, woody" flavor, which would also totally be my jam but I haven't actually found them for sale anywhere.

My current fave is Papua New Guinea beans. They seem sweeter, with deeper more complex floral notes. But there's so many kinds out there I haven't gotten to try yet!
