As she was, lyn and her mirages would be easy Link-3 material, leading to all kinds of link climbing nonsense, which i don' think is in the plan.

Modern yu-gi-oh is crazy, but it's fun done properly, so figured i'd touch it up a little.

They're masters of Yu-Gi-Oh's 6th monster zone, "The extra monster zone", normally they can only be summoned to that zone, but they have arrows on their card art that point to other monster zones on the playing field, with the highest being "Link-6" monsters.

DEFINITELY is. I just read the card and my immediate thought was "Lyn and her mirages would probably not be sticking around on the field for long with the text as-is." The extra deck can be fun, but like any good RPG, it has ways of being exploited, and link monsters have been good for a while!

And i don't think we want your favorite emblem waifu to be turned into a cybernetic monster now, do we?

The reason i bring up Link summoning is because, as is, Lyn would be the PERFECT link climbing starter, leading to plans outside the deck.

I won't lie, these are some pretty good and solid starts on custom cards, mate, I have a suggestion for Lyn that might help keep her within the gameplan;

"If this card is summoned, Summon two "Emblematic Mirage Tokens" (Warrior/EARTH/7/1800 ATK/1000 DEF),but they cannot be used as Link Material."
