Seeding cash into the banking system, bolster reserves…which really opens the next layer of questions. I honestly don’t know the good/bad/indifferent of it, but it looks like a fairly dramatic move.

Really fun day, except for a lot of wind. Ran some Fenex 380 & was really impressed (but it’s not target ammo). A little bit of everything, a lot of 22.

I was guessing you’d disarm them on the basis of pure charm and force of personality. Well. That and maybe your Carl Gustaf 8.4 cm recoilless rifle. Goin’ off all Well-Regulated and all that other milkshake stuff that brings the Regiment to your yard. 🤭😉

One part of it turns out to be fairly easy — the density of states calculation — but the result is a little unusual. It’s an artifact of choosing the 2-dimensional case, which is actually not that strange or artificial.

Pulled it to read on a big screen. Abstract is intriguing enough. If you scroll through it and just look at the “machinery” in the paper, it’s absolutely a story about diffusion 😹
