The first transformation would be quite a shock to everyone, even the mad scientist responsible. Seeing his little buddy become not so little would definitely have Sonic more than a bit concerned. Still trying to work out drawing Sonic, it's getting there though.

Another (new) practice sketch of Silver, with a .500 bushwhacker revolver because it's hilarious. I imagine it'll hit him in the face the first time he pulls the trigger.

And finally my latest image. This is not related to the Werehog form for Sonic in any way. Instead this is a transformation brought about by a mutagenic formula created by a crazy doctor. I could write paragraphs about it, up sides and downsides, but there's no space here so it'll be bits later.

Getting into some finished work. I felt like drawing Dark Sonic. I was also experimenting with keeping the eyes split like the movie version, though it's not supposed to be. I wasn't gonna post this, it's not my best work. But I just don't have that much to share yet.

Shadow just seems to be the kind of dude to use a stylus haha.

Some tests experimenting with doing Sonic in my own style, that I promptly abandoned because I still wasn't quite satisfied doing him in the regular one. Though the ones on the left are better and worse in some ways than previous attempts.

Still in the older sketches, though there's not that many. Somehow Silver is still easier to make look right, or at least mostly right, than Sonic.

These are a bit newer, and Tails is easier to nail down than Sonic, which I've heard I'm not alone on. The hard part has been getting my brain to accept how out of proportion the characters are.

Starting off with my early work on drawing the blue hedgehog himself, well his head at least. Was also toying with the idea of his spines reacting to emotion. The Shadow is random and just as bad, these are months old by now.
