I sent an email to the National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition asking they were still operating. Their response: “All of NCELA resources are still available for free download” I would not bet on them existing for long

Yes, very critical to know! Schools must comply only when ICE shows a judicial warrant signed by a federal judge.
