This is your reminder that *every single Democratic senator* voted to confirm Marco Rubio, enabling him to commit these horrific crimes against humanity.
Marco Rubio just announced 10 more people were sent to be imprisoned in CECOT. They were flown there from Gitmo to be imprisoned potentially for life based not on any crime for which they were convicted, but on unproven allegations of gang membership with no due process.

So what happens to states that defy ICC arrest warrants?
Generally nothing. Ethiopia hosted former Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir numerous times following his 2009 ICC indictment although 🇪🇹 isnt a Rome Statute State party. Djibouti though, is. All 🇩🇯got was a UN referral which went nowhere.
