I'm working on a book! In collaboration with WildStork Publishing, I will be releasing a book centered around common garden herbs and their uses. It will release later in the year, and will be part of a huge collection of fellow artists talking about different parts of nature!

I've got a bit of an art dump for what I've been working on lately. Currently revisiting 3D modeling, illustrating a nature book, and helping my husband create a v-tuber for his channel. I've been sitting in a non-creation state for too long, changes need to happen! Lets create!

Bummed. My computer keeps making this terrifying grinding noise that no one can seem to fix. Thankfully I was able to obtain a new one, but I have to wait until Friday before I can get back to my projects. At least I can catch up on my shows...

Athena has entered the roster of completed designs. I was struggling on this one, because I wanted to make her a unique individual, while still paying homage to previous designs. I went with green as her color base to subvert the typical indigo that she's usually associated with. #Athena #EPIC

So Aeolus has been stuck in my mind since hearing their song. It's interesting: Aeolus is typically depicted as an old man in the mythos, and yet EPIC depicts them as a young girl, so I split the difference and made them non-binary, about 10-12 visually. There's also 4 winions, 1 for each direction.

I've been hit hard by the EPIC: The Musical soundtrack, and I want to make some animatics. Since it's difficult for me to do any storyboarding without a reference to work off of, I created my version of Odysseus. (I included different ages depending on the part of the story you're looking to tell)

Huh. Time to wipe the dust off my social media pages. I finally broke myself of the chokehold of anti-posting that's been strangling my progress as a creator. I want to post more content, even if it's just sketches or fanart. I need to break old habits. I can't let myself be caught up in that.

Ah shoot. Missed portfolio day. Hmn...I'll just have to do the thing next year, and sprinkle art throughout until then!

Here's some are I've created since the start of October. It was originally for this whole 'Loretober' thing I was trying to create, and it sort of fell through. Oh well! I still have the prompts to go back to, and I can get to them at my leisure! Enjoy!
