I exclusively use CP in my small business. They are reliable and cost effective. Smaller communities need a national carrier. This plan recognizes the importance of maintaining the service but improving bottom line. Cons would simply close it down. I much prefer this approach.

Did you read the report?? I felt the changes are very measured and reasonable. We still get home delivery, but I am fine going to a community box every few days. Harper (or PP) would simply defund and end CP. Liberals understand the importance so are trying to bridge the gap.
