Update! The sage green is back in stock! But now I'm flaking. I still have a few items here that need assembling. Another may be too overwhelming. What happened to the days of having stuff delivered already assembled? Pro assembly costs as much as the item itself. Not always easy to do myself.

Ottoman or coffee table? I can't fit both. I saw a cute Kelly Clarkson ottoman on Wayfair, but all are sold out. It's round and would look adorable. Plus it comes in orange and sage green! Either would work well.

But a coffee table seems more... practical? Idk why.

Having a lot of trouble deciding on artwork for my new apt. I'm not really fancy-schmancy. But there are a couple places I think could be a little brighter. Above the fireplace. Above the bed. I like abstract. Particularly colored shapes. Maybe I'll design a few things myself. 🤔

Today I Door Dashed "Prince's Hot Chicken" here in Nashville TN. I ordered the ANDRE Chicken Sandwich - Medium 🥵🔥 bc that was most popular. I should have begun with mild. Or maybe I should just jump right into the XXXHot? Regardless, I give it an A+. 😋

My living room is coming together! I'm in love with my new lamp especially. Trying to get used to the size of my rust orange chair. It is gorgeous. Just...big. Much bigger than the photo online. And of course I needed a cozy Christmas Tree for Tinker to sleep under. 😻🎄❤️

Oh, I also got an Instant Pot Duo! Chili coming up! Nashville is going down to 43° overnight which isn't so bad since it's supposed to snow back in PA. 😜 I don't mind cold. Just not freezing.🥶

I got a Christmas tree! A big one! 6'5" in my tiny little apt. 😂 I'm excited to put it up. Hoping it will also cheer Tinker (my cat) up. He has been through so much with the long distance move. The 800 mile car ride. A week+ in a hotel. And now our new home. Very different. He's coming along, tho.

I feel so sad for Tinker. He has been such a champ during this move, but he is still clearly stressed from so much moving around. I mean, he'll be okay, but just very clingy. He's had his environment completely change, too. I love my little guy so much. 😻😻😻

My "move in to my new apt" day and I was already Witnessed to. Ahhh, Nashville.

Tomorrow morning is it! I officially move into my new Nashville apt! I technically got my keys 2 days ago, but stuff I ordered (like a bed or chairs) hadn't arrived yet. I suppose I coulda just slept on the floor, but if I got on the floor that's where I woulda stayed. 😂

A couple days ago my application was approved for an apt here in Nashville, and I am still on Cloud 9! I keep waking up in the middle of the night thinking about how I wanna decorate...frugally. lol. Seriously, it is the best feeling. 🥰

A shout-out to my cat, Tinker! He has been an absolute champ over the past week and a half of exploring Nashville!

I am a big believer in reinventing yourself. Don't underestimate the power of change. When it is right it's like breathing for the first time.
