In 2021, Giraffe Tapes kindly released ‘Again Begin’; a fairly dark, heavily textured album processing the anxieties of supposedly coming out the other side of that.

there’s something very intimate in tape hiss. it’s like being let into a little secret. perhaps that stems from a nostalgic feeling from mixtapes and other shared tapes. i dunno. anyway. i like this one.

This morning's walk through the cool shady woods. main loops are from the tape used in the last jam but played at higher speed (and pitch) in the Tascam 414. tried to keep it minimal for a little bit of peaceful escape.
