If I walk down the street carrying the flag of Ireland (my ancestry) even if I am exercising my first amendment rights, I am a US citizen, not an illegal and I'm being peaceful. Such BULLSHIT. Even if I was not a citizen, I am still able to do it without harm or penalty. GESTAPO THUGS

If DJT is taking the position that we've been invaded & are in a "war", then everyone detained is a Prisoner of War & is protected by the Geneva Convention. Get the Red Cross in there immediately. This may be a total stretch but if we are throwing shit against the wall to see what sticks, Go for it!
