yes! I quit drinking and those came around at nearly the same time (unrelated we already had tickets) and I cried in the child’s pose and renamed it crying baby pose as I was all out sorts and relearning my body and mind 🤣

We’ve done a few of the daybreaker ‘yoga rave’ events and have always enjoyed a yoga start. 😊

Yeah we haven’t flown since the shutdown so I can’t speak to it now. It’s been pretty decent for us in the last, with precheck it’s been fairly accurate
