The hold person fails as Umbriel's will is too strong. Negative energy static breaks the chains off of them. They look at the party and think, "They are all so terrified." Idyia realizes her spell isn't working on umbriel she gasps, "-You're still moving?" Umbriel grabs the collar of Barkley's shirt. Barkley is shaking and tears build in their eyes. Umbriel thinks, " What am I doing? This needed to look real, but not like this." Umbriel winks to Barkley but barkley doesn't quite understand what that is supposed to be a sign of. Barkley asks "W-what are you-?" as tears stream down their face. "... The fear I bring." umbriel thinks as they cast dimension door. A triangular portal opens under Barkley. Barkley grab's onto Umbriel's wrist. They are terrified. Umbriel still holds them by the collar of their shirt and pushes them through the portal As they do so they think, "I hate this power." The portal opens up at the top of a cliff over the sea. A short distance away from the beach they were fighting at. The moon lights the scene. Barkley , trembling asks, "Umbriel what are you doing?" as Umbriel holds them over the edge of the cliff. A shot from Barkley's perspective looking at Umbriel as they speak in a cold tone, "I want to know if they even care about you." Umbriel lets go of them and watches as Barkley too stunned to fly or shape shift or anything. plunges into the icy waters below. -Extra knowledge. That line of "I want to know if they even care about you" Umbriel was being purposfuly vague on who THEY even are. Were they talking about the god Nimue? Rindus, whom was barkley's bf or was Umbriel talking about the gods in general as they have had terrible luck with the gods. Umbriel looks down into the cold, waves hitting the cliffs hard. waiting. Hoping that not all gods were like the first night.
