There will be exceptions, but most people, for or against Trump, were surely *much* happier before he came on the scene. Against are miserable all the time - but even people for him are miserable all the time too, constantly furious.

The announcement of Midnight - and fan reaction - is interesting, because it seems to me the reaction is generally very enthusiastic and excited, but... most of the major points we already knew about, or had some idea were coming.

When did people just decide that electric OONTZ was optimal for a club? I know dance is the point, but you can set a beat to time your steps in other ways, too (or promote dance in different ways).

As a kid, always imagined a goth club (or night) to be a bit like stepping into the radio. You listen to the radio to hear and enjoy music... clubs, ironically, music is very secondary. It seems not to matter, it's just there to help set the scene.

Regardless of my complaints, I'm sorry this club is so... empty. It's ok, for a nightclub. Sad to see it struggle like this.

I wonder if people ever liked gothic music more than the fashion? Fashion never exactly died away, but few people today could be pressed to name much as far as the music's concerned.
It wasn't all great, but there was some real creativity in there. So much just forgotten!

If WoW ever does make a Bard class, I hope it's more like some order of poet-heroes we meet in some new land, who believe a wistful melding of martial and artistic ways to culture a magnificent soul... rather than literally just some guys who play songs a little.

I look at the care put in to crafting the zones of WoW or, more recently, LotR Online, and I genuinely just like being in these spaces (especially WoW), but so often once it's not current content I don't... have a reason to be there and just sorta wish I could think up some activity to justify it.
