2/2 Kalim can also only be as kind as he is b/c he's never had to actually deal w/ the consequences of his thoughtless actions. He could've gone to RSA if he really wanted to, but he stayed with NRC for a reason!

Forget manners, Kalim straight-up manipulated the system just to follow Jamil. He only got in NRC as Housewarden b/c of nepotism and his familial connections while Jamil actually got invited to attend the school. Even Leona acknowledges this in Book 6! 1/2

Jack may have integrity, but his aloofness and loner mentality definitely wouldn't fit in RSA! He's against working with people unless he has an active respect for them, which is basically a physical fight 🤣
