my personal favorite adhd-approved study strategies are:
- bribe yourself with treats
- forcibly drag yourself to a library/other dedicated study space
- study for 25, mess around for 5
- making deals with my friends (“you have to work on X until i’m done with Y”)

the u.s. could never, i grew up with snow and the cold but today it was around 60F (like 15C or so)
