Turns out the towel is 80% poly! No wonder i didn't really like the feel of it haha. My mum kept telling me it was cotton. But yeah out of the whole load it was the only one that wasn't spared. Even a white towel not in a laundry net was fine. Might be the high pile? Do we use pile for towels??

Ooh good luck!! If they're all dark colours it should be fine? 🤞

This was tested with two sheets of colour catcher sheets so it'll likely be different if you put more. I was just struck that the white socks in the laundry bag were fine but the cream coloured towel totally changed colour.

so far it seems like colour catchers + laundry bags > laundry bags only > colour catcher only (placed in laundry bag if front load)

Outliner being loads with new denim or heavily pigmented clothing

The laundry sheet catchers have been really useful and they usually catch like 99% of the pigments. However this time I had a new dark grey hoodie.

Survivor: white KNY socks by Pickle and YOI towel in laundry nets,
RIP: cream coloured towel

But tbh I like the colour of the towel better now 🤣
