Also continually amused by how cozy my transmasc ass feels when you strand me in a survival situation with my best guy friends and my spouse. It’s everything I always thought “girl time” was supposed to be about but like… actually works for me instead of making me feel like I’m from another planet.

I’m happy to chat about personal stuff on stream if it’s a) not super distracting and keeping me from playing or b) way too personal and involved for a public chat channel. That’s what we have DMs for, my friends. Otherwise I need to focus on whatever’s going on, especially if I have teammates!

I love my friends but we have VERY different views on story heavy games. It’s agony to watch people spend two weeks min/maxing a game I view as a pleasure meant to be savored, but everyone moves at their own pace and I’m trying to be less salty about it. As a writer myself the cringe is real though.

Also the frustration of not being able to effectively communicate the issue. I’m not gonna thumbs down this guy, a little annoyance isn’t reason to potentially ruin someone’s career. But there’s no way to provide constructive feedback. My options are “you did perfect,” “you sucked,” or silence.

Let us hope he finds a way to channel the rizz and confidence and fun without any of the more toxic additions. 🤞🏻 Who knows, maybe someday game shows can get a real revival. I’ll take that over reality TV any day of the week.

Also basically none of my 5* are past E0 or E1. (The exceptions are Kafka bc she’s a favorite of mine and Gepard who I’ve been weirdly lucky with, you can’t even pull for him directly.) Nobody I’m friends with has anything past E1. We do just. fine. without whaling by using what we have.
