in system fixes so breaches / outages couldn't happen again. I asked "such as?" and he couldn't answer. I laughed, told him he had done the opposite of reassure me.

So did I. I emailed the parent company Singtel to tell them that hiring Gladys, and the pathetic response to the data breach and outage, had driven me to cancel all Optys services.
Then an Oz rep from Optus rang me. Said everyone deserved a second chance!, and that they had put
