Sometimes I feel like poetry is the only way I can express my own original thoughts, it’s just such a good way of getting words out there

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but chronic illnesses don’t take a break over Christmas. Please be kind to your chronically ill friends and family members who are trying to manage it the best they can.
