Anyone have experience as a late diagnosed Autistic ADHDer who has a spouse/partner who is ADHD but they aren’t understanding of you & how you work, eps now that your being true to yourself & unmasking? Some days are good, but other days are a struggle for me mentally.

I grew up as an undiagnosed AuDHD, no mom for guidance in my most impressionable years, with a suppressing and shaming religion, and “family” that just wants the title without the effort. It’s taken 34 years but I’ve finally started embracing and allowing myself to be and feel sexy without shame.

Don’t know where to begin - so hopefully the algorithm here will help me find the elder emo, neurospicy, inked, canna-friendly, witchy, healing people? I’m 34, mom of 4, on a self love / healing journey and I’d love to share my experiences along the way 💕🖤
