It's very sporadic, but I had that happen to me basically a week ago. I thought I'd been dealing with my recent stressors just fine but then they really got to me during work, they lasted through the rest of the next day, and then they cleared up the day after that.

I also vaguely remember playing a game like this. Can't remember if it was this one or one of the Freddi Fish games that I actually played, but I'm leaning toward it being this now that I see screenshots.
