Rose is a completely different body type and player. Much more vertical and athletic. Attacked the rim. Luka is not that. And his conditioning may be an issue, but he's dropping 60 point triple doubles. Charles Barkley is that body type & had a long career while enjoying adult beverages.

Yes, time will tell. I'm not sure who you're using as a comparison to Luka to say he will have a short lifespan. But AD has 7 years on him. And we were actually pretty good on paint defense as it is. Absolute disaster for the Mavs on the court & for the fanbase.
