It's #WIPWednesday and I'm at the end of the One Love KAL from Joji. I'm just supposed to garter for another 8 rows and bind off but I'm just not liking how plain the ending is and I'm thinking about adding my own border.

As a longtime hand knitter I have to say that I love your work. I wasn't aware of the ridiculous pin but I have seen Prada's badly crocheted bucket hat for $1,100. I'm saying badly crocheted since I don't crochet but I do know how to knit without the jog. I'm also including my Eat The Rich.

My favorite #KnittingHorrorStory #ShowMeYourKnits is when a really great pattern gets knit in the wrong yarn. This yarn was beautiful in the skein. A soft wool mohair entwined with a scratchy metallic organza ribbon. The result is a scarf that felt like Brillo and looked like a disease.

I'm going to be mean because that's what I do best but I recognize that yarn. It's Premier Yarns Parfait Layers in Sweet and Spicy. If you've ever knit with chenille yarn then you know it worms. This was probably a nice project until the yarn acted up. My version:
