What is bringing you joy today?

A way to navigate chaos is to allow space for creativity and goodness. Be aware of the sounds of goodness and gratitude, keep these lists, reflect on them. Wake and reflect. Reflect and sleep.

How can we be present while in a state of chaos? Honor your feelings, sit with them. Triangle breathing: inhale 4 seconds through the nose, hold 4 seconds, exhale 4 seconds through the mouth (sigh it out even). Tap the top of your eyebrows, side of the eye, under the eyes, collarbone. Repeat 💙

A view that is gentle and loving. It allows me space to breath. Clarity comes from nature.
