Might have been a good idea to do that before Trump got elected again, but they didn't because they wanted to protect Bill.

Yea I think medicare advantage or any lump sum is the worst way to have reimbursement. Incentives a zero sum approach to care. I'm also skeptical of giving United Health the benefit of the doubt while they're under criminal investigation for Medicare advantage fraud.
