I’m not good at poetry but I like making it sometimes when I need to get emotions out 😭 this month is hard for us because trauma+holidays but we manage to get through it. Our mom died the night after Christmas in 2021 after a very long car ride. Was probably the worst month of my life.

having a lot of confusing symptoms and can’t help feeling like I’m making them all up somehow? I’ve always had them come for months and then leave either for months or forever. I never get any confirmation. Just new symptoms to replace them. I feel like I must deserve this.
