"They've been put in an awful position, a position they shouldn't be put in. It's a huge injustice. And I think there's a court case going on at the moment. So I'll have to wait and see what the outcome of that is." He then goes on to ignore the case results and the Ombudsman report.

Not surprising to be honest, just another lie they told to get elected. Broken promises and pledges were being made way before the election, but those on the left pointing it out were dismissed as cranks etc.
