If it’s a healthy group you should have a choice at every step with no hard feelings - so just keep that in mind as you proceed.

Did they just come out of the blue and ask you or were you actively seeking community or a particular kind of practice? If you like the people for reasons beyond these specific groups, it’s probably OK and worst case scenarios you understand your friends more.
