I always pause squats. You're pretty much eliminating the stretch reflexes. Which allows you to increase your times under tension and as an added bonus, it removes the elastic rebound which reduces knee strain. 😊

I can understand that. for me, I had 2 people who I thought were good friends, 1 of them blocked me on here and on twitch without reason and another one unfollowed me right after I gave her youtube a shoutout lol. never going to give a shoutout to smaller streamers again, they don't appreciate it.
