Have you tried making a cycle of intake/output? It's how I stay afloat in my artmaking; I create until I start feeling numb, then I go through a period of intake (binging film, music, books, etc) until I am drowning in inspiration and have to craft again! I've no idea if it would help you, but...

Funnily enough, the game I became most obsessive with after Tears of the Kingdom was Ghost of Tsushima, so.... now I am triply excited for when I can start Yotei.... hopefully soon...
