What I don’t understand is: DEI enables good jobs for people that don’t have the same access. Without a social welfare system in this country, programs like this keep people who want to work employed. What even is the alternative offered?

It matters a lot! I’m not sure I totally get the intent of the fund tho - is it to fund mental health support for founders? Spread awareness?

To me it feels like ideas are alive - and they choose their champions. If you fail to act on an idea, they choose someone else to flow through.

Was able to connect successfully, but the plugin presents a forever loading spinner on the sidebar and doesn’t actually insert anything on the page. The logs don’t show much. I’d be happy to send screenshots and logs if helpful.
