Well we've seen the videos from the military jets off the coasts, and from the aircraft in Puerto Rico, plus heard the first hand testimony from some of those pilots, so there is more evidence than just talk, thankfully.

The people calling BS on this, are like religious people reflexively being science deniers. The documentary is incredibly compelling, with interviews and testimony from high-level government and military officials. Senator Harry Reid got the funding to pursue the understanding of this phenomenon.
