It is wildly unhinged that you revel in his death simply due to this mishap. And in the weeks leading up to his celebration of life. In spite of every testimony to how kind he was from countless people.
It's sick, twisted, depraved and insensitive.

Ah lovely. Then I think your animation is pretty great. Don't worry too much about the text timing. If it's readable at a glance, it'll be fine. If it can be paused that'll work

If you'd accept any criticism, the text is illegible. I cannot read it at all. Not due to how fast it goes by, but because of the colour. It needs to stand out against the speech bubble.
If you could change the text to black, that'd resolve the readability issue.

I would imagine it's because the AI model they're using charges more or a premium for NSFW content.
But it'd be like, a dollar. Five bucks maybe and that'd cover 10 generations.
If you wanted to AI gen work like theirs, it'd be ten bucks, tops. The scam is shit but the overcharge is insane.
