I don't consider Nazis and their salute to be under the umbrella of the inclusion of coexisting. Any Nazis and the defenders of those who salute, have saluted, have been deemed to have saluted, can get the fuck out. This is a safe and inclusive space; you are not welcome.

Also made a roasted vegetable soup today with butternut squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, yellow peppers, white onions, cherry and cocktail tomatoes; finished off with coconut milk.

Made some French Onion Soup today...used an entire bag of yellow onions...sautéed those down...finished off in the oven with croutons made from a baguette and gouda cheese.

Been seriously ill with bronchitis this entire past month...finally had the energy to get up and cook a pot roast over sweet potato mash for dinner.

Taught myself the corner to corner crochet stitch today. A few trials and errors and a helpful YouTube video later, I think I got it!

Was dreaming of making stuffed chicken rolls all day. Stuffed with cream cheese, marble cheese, and crushed garlic. 😋

Had a great visit to see Santa today at the Hazeldean Mall!

Currently reading In Any Lifetime by Marc Guggenheim. Really enjoying it so far! About a scientist who has figured out how to travel to alternative universes to search for his deceased wife while being hunted.

Did some more Christmas baking today - snickerdoodles and peanut butter/marshmallow squares. Need more freezer containers! 😋
