Redrew a small robot from a Lego set "Space Construction Mech 60428"
I've rewatched Alien and Aliens recently and this lego set (the main mech, not this bot) caught my eye cause it most defiitely references the powerloader from Aliens and in turn the SCV from Starcraft.

This year I drew everyday as a NY resolution. Learned couple of things about myself. It's like I have energy stat of my drive to draw. When it's high, I can enter a "manic" state, when drawing is fun, easy and rewarding. It can last 1-4 weeks, during which I lose energy

These pictures i drew are 6 years apart. Although there has been definite progress, I feel that progress could've been made in like 6 months.

And I'm done with Inktober! It as fun but exhausting, again I've spent much more effort than I originally planned. I used reference and research extensively, the unified theme of dwarfs allowed me to collect a single refboard for the whole month, adding a bit to it each day.

The Hold underneath these hills is long gone, devastated in the years of war and ruin. But the halls of it are strong, waiting for dwarfs to return and clear out the rubble. Now, only the slanted statue stays as a solitary landmark of once big settlement.
