Create a startup. Rent an office, install minimal equipment, and hire an NP – put these in small towns that lack medical care. Charge for your services. Do not take insurance (clients can do that themselves). Can you make a profit? Is there a market for basic healthcare services?

You could be right. But on the other hand, how can anyone say anything intelligible about healthcare in one paragraph? Tweets (is there a generic term for this form of communication?) are just not a good medium for complex expression. They work really well for insults, though.

Yes, the global economy is a massive Ponzi scheme. And it is all going to come crashing down. We get it. Our best bet is to read a lot of dystopian novels, and hope that Meta develops an AI that can save us. Well, nothing can save us – but a good AI would at least give us someone to talk to.

Well, I sent you a donation back when you started, but I'm less and less a fan. In essence, you seem to be using the "swamp" approach – everything is dishonest, corrupt, and broken; except us, and only we can fix it. I heard that argument once before, and I didn't like the way it worked out.

When you post comments like this, all you do is remind people of what you did earlier and make them angry all over again. The right tactic at this moment is just to be quiet and let everybody forget about you. (A year from now might be a good time to start talking again.)

"Normalization" is not something you control. "Normal" is the state of affairs that currently affects everyone generally. Trump was not normal 10 years ago, but continual media coverage and constant mention by politicians has made him so. At the center of our lives, he is as normal as apple pie.

AMERICAN LEADERSHIP, RESPECT AND DIGNITY, and INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY are not ideas, they are platitudes. They are statements that everybody agrees with that commit you to nothing in particular. How do you feel about gun control, abortion, Social Security, climate change, immigration?

Roughly 60% of Americans live in urban apartments or condominiums. Children in these locations grow up unable to play outside and have few neighbors of their own age. Their social life is at school. Smart phones allow them to stay in touch after school. Life is hard. Parents don't understand.

As we saw it earlier, if Congress holds the DOJ in contempt, its next step is to send the DOJ request that the DOJ arrest itself and take itself to trial.

How is this different from Fox News and MSNow? There are a lot of billionaire Democrats – get some of them to start a news channel. Or maybe a Twitter clone - "Fact Check Social". Or maybe buy Disney and start a Donald Duck anti-Trump campaign. Or at least stop complaining and actually do SOMETHING.
