You are. Feel all the things. Rage, fear, grief, pain. Yell if you need, to get some of the energy out. You’re brilliant. You can do this. These are rational, appropriate feelings. Experience them. You can’t hold poop in for long, we can’t hold feelings in either with out being poisoned.

Have you seen the people who did not delete meta apps have been having their Tik Tok videos automatically posted to fb? They added a new auto share feature that is automatically on for everyone and you have to manually turn it off.

I will be deleting the clock app. It has no business being on my phone anymore. I’ll keep my account and check things out from the browser occasionally same as I’m doing with all meta.

I think the idea that makes sense I’m hearing is to uninstall meta for a week or two and log out, but not necessarily delete. Too many people depend on meta professionally to convince people to delete entirely.
