Made a giant batch of my fave chicken tortilla soup and some homemade tortilla strips… froze most and already defrosting some cuz it’s SO good and SO easy. Recipe is from Gimme Delicious and I’ve made it at home, at camp, and even a veg version I think

This year’s first craft endeavor: learn more fiber arts. Being allergic to wool means even if I could afford to I can’t buy many ethical sweaters so guess I’ll make my own?
