Heads up, 11 large shrimp are 60 calories of pretty much pure protein. Season up some water, make yourself some shrimp boil, maybe some potatoes in there for some fiber and added fullness?? That’s a low cal high nutrient dinner.

I also found this gum that tastes like Andes mints and to chew it after a meal??? Heaven. It’s got xylitol too so it helps clean your teeth. By the Pur brand. They also have fruit flavors that are so good, oml. Good texture too. That’s very important in a gum.

There aren’t often very cute ways to do pixie cuts on picrews, but this one was pretty good.
