The Simpsons diagnosed this pretty well back in the 90s. Some people are just so messed up.

Tidal’s year-end wrap is bare, but I don’t need the fanfare anyway. Keeping this here as a little reminder that there will always be good music and talented artists.
A list of the seven musical artists I spent the most time listening to in 2025. The Cure is at the top, but Little Simz’s excellent 2025 album has them on the list as well. Other mainstays like Ana Tijoux, Chromatics, and Depeche Mode fill out the rest.

Thinking of this a lot lately for reasons.
Roger Rabbit, framed and on the lam, stands on the counter of a bar, grabbing plate after plate from a stack only to smash them on the tuft of orange fur at the top of his head. Hopefully this satisfied Tala helps even just a tiny bit.
Tala, tortoise shell calico, lies on a fuzzy throw. She’s on her side, so we’re seeing under her light, speckled chin and black nose. Her toe beans are mostly bubblegum pink, but there’s one visible pad that’s darker, like her elegant markings. A deceased, fuzzy play mouse nestles under Tala’s front legs, fresh kill for the sated hunter.

Scrooge and The Grinch get credit for the sudden and admirable character growth, sure, but Voldar stood by his principles to the bitter, jolly end.

I mean I might as well start with a cat. This one is Tala, and I’m serious when I tell you she’s amazing.
Tala, a tortoise shell calico, looks right into the camera with her witchy-autumn eyes. She has big ears and mittens for hunting fuzzy toys.
