And with normal market growth they'd still continue to get richer and richer every year. Which would also make the absolute worth of the 3% tax increase as well. It wouldn't fix inequality though, and Republicans would still fight against using the money for universal healthcare.

It was some kind of press and hold this for 2 seconds and then press this other thing quickly to surface a mew hidden menu kinda deals.

So the short answer is I don't know exactly. I helped my mom do it on her Brother printer by digging around youtube for videos on how to reset ink (or toner depending on the model) on brother printers and trying various recipes until one worked.
