If Fandom is con chair next year, myself and several friends already plan to not return to Seaquestriafest. This year was eaily the worst Seaquestriafest and it shows how last second everything was put together. Terrible advertising. Criminally boring, lazy panels. Little hype or fun. Sad.
So I generally don’t get involved in like… talking bad about cons because I know volunteers are out here doing their best and I love that there’s fandom space for everyone.
THAT SAID. I have done so much promo for SeaquestriaFest over the years and I feel like I need to address what’s happening.

Most of you know Ive been a heavy supporter of SeaqueatriaFest.
This year we had a new head. His name is fandom.
Saying he was a bad con head is an absolute understatement.
I cant begin to describe how awful this con went this year behind the scenes.

When more than HALF OF YOUR STAFF leaves in one single day, you know you’ve made a mess of things.
Every single staff member that quit yesterday was hurt and Fandom (the con chair) couldn’t even be bothered to show up to a call to make amends and try and help this con continue.
