Someone professional could definitely have a better explanation, but I’d guess it has something to do with how radio signals are reflected off of surfaces.

Gonna weigh in and say yeah that might be something to discuss with your doc. I’m on XR Adderall and have a similar schedule and to you, but I don’t seem to sleep any worse than before. Granted, I don’t yet have a cpap so I never sleep great, but that’s beside the point.
