I've been bottling a fair bit of wine in the past month without sharing. I got here an Apple wine/hard cider at 14%. Doing everything from picking to bottling by hand was a huge pain, but the results are certainly beautiful.

The flavour was good; no harsh flavours to note.

It has come along nicely, couple weeks and it'll maybe go from translucent to completely transparent. 14% abv cider from local apples, though I suppose calling it apple wine is more correct at this abv

Juicing apples is a pain in the ass, would recommend getting a helping hand for it

Been trying to germinate some apple seeds after my cider pressing ventures. I know they don't grow true but a free tree is a free tree.
