I’ve been twice to Grotto, the Bill Staubi exhibit at the Ottawa Art Gallery, and I’ll go again. The archive of queer artmaking is beautiful and has the best wall text - eloquent, at times hilarious. Last visit I stayed long enough to read "Phantomtits" cover to cover. So worth it. #happypride

Not sure if it was the sun going down or legend Wynton Marsalis bringing the cool, but the humidex at Ottawa Jazz Fest dropped from 42 to 31 C after he took the stage… though it may have gone up briefly when he channeled some Oscar Peterson. 🔥
